SHIPPING
How long until my order is shipped?
All of our handmade gifts are pre-made, so after your order is received, we ship within one to two days business days
What shipping options are available?
During checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method based on your needs. All of which include insurance and tracking.
Please select the options based on the longest time frame it could take. We are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. See more details about the shipping options here.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If your order is delivered elsewhere, you must contact the local USPS office for the wrong address you entered for additional assistance, as we cannot help with this.
If your order is returned to us due to an error on the information you provided, such as an incorrect mailing address, you must pay the shipping costs to deliver your order the second time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please select the applicable shipping option, but keep in mind that you will be responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Can I purchase in person?
Yes, you can purchase art and jewelry by me, Daniela, at Rainbow Springs Art Gallery in Dunnellon, FL or at the First Friday Artwalk in Ocala
Are all items handmade?
Yes, everything is handmade gifts are made by my mom or me in our small home studios
How do you source your materials?
Everything in our shop is a result of years of collecting small amounts of materials at a time, so what you see is always a limited quantity. We never know when we'll find something again, so check back frequently for surprises
Do you accept custom orders?
We'd be happy to customize a note or packaging for you, so don't hesitate to contact us about it! :)
We don't customize our handcrafted gifts, though. Due to the way we source our materials, we create limited edition designs.

What if I change my mind after placing my order?
You may contact us to let us know what changes you’d like to make before your purchase is marked as shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible
Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are considered final, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, please contact us if you're interested in purchasing ten plus items.
